The purpose of the study was to identify next practice among front-runner companies and provide insights into how companies have implemented Green Business Model Innovation and how they delivering sustainable growth.
The companies were identified through experts on business and innovation models and green innovation cross many industries. Expert Panels from various industries were asked to recommend companies that they perceived as having a distinguishing green business model with innovative elements. We put initial information on that companies and their business model together. Interviews with those companies were conducted and business case studies completed for each interview.
